On 10 and 11 June 2026, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company successfully organized its annual 2026 Internship Orientation and Training Program for outstanding students selected from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) and the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City (UAH). Since the Company’s early years, the program has served as a key talent development initiative, fostering a strong pipeline of future professionals while providing students with early career opportunities in a professional working environment and a competitive compensation framework upon graduation.

The program commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Tran Quang Tuan, CEO of CENTRAL, who shared the Company’s long-term development vision and strategic direction. Through inspiring real-life stories about CENTRAL’s journey to becoming one of Vietnam’s leading General Contractors and its roadmap toward expanding into international markets, Mr. Tuan encouraged the interns to continuously develop their professional expertise, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and cultivate the ambition to conquer new industry standards. The Company’s leadership also expressed its expectation that the next generation of engineers will embrace lifelong learning, resilience, and a commitment to excellence throughout their careers.

During the program, Ms. Cao Thi Diem Chau, Human Resources Manager of CENTRAL, provided an overview of the 2026 Internship Recruitment Program, introducing the internship roadmap, professional development opportunities, and the learning experience designed for participants throughout their journey with the Company. Through its long-term strategy of identifying and nurturing talent at an early stage, CENTRAL is committed to creating a practical learning environment where young professionals can develop their capabilities, enhance their skills, and confidently prepare for their future careers.

As part of the program, the interns participated in a comprehensive onboarding and professional training series covering the Company’s history and development, corporate culture, organizational structure, and the roles and responsibilities of each department. In addition, they received fundamental knowledge of construction project management, site management organization, and the key construction processes and operational procedures implemented across CENTRAL’s projects.

Through its annual internship training program, CENTRAL continues to reaffirm its long-term commitment to partnering with leading universities in developing high-quality human resources for Vietnam’s construction industry. Beyond providing students with valuable exposure to a professional working environment, the Company aims to cultivate a new generation of engineers equipped with technical competence, innovative thinking, and global readiness-empowering them to deliver sustainable construction projects that create lasting value for communities.
