CENTRAL CONCLUDES EXECUTIVE SERVANT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

On May 30th, 2026, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company held the Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation for the Executive Training Program on Servant Leadership, recognizing managers from across the Company’s operations in Northern, 91ÇÑ×Ó and Southern Vietnam, as well as its international markets. The program marks a significant milestone in CENTRAL’s ongoing journey to transform its leadership mindset and enhance organizational performance.

The Servant Leadership Program, developed and delivered by Blanchard Vietnam (PACE Institute of Management) at CENTRAL’s request, was designed to redefine the role of leadership in the modern organizations. Conducted over four weeks, from April 18 to May 30, 2026, the program welcomed nearly 150 employees holding positions from Project Directors and above. Following its successful completion, CENTRAL plans to extend the program to its next generation of management talent in the future.

Throughout the program, CENTRAL reaffirmed its strategic commitment to people development, innovation, and people-centered leadership, while strengthening management capabilities across the organization. The initiative also supports the Company’s broader transformation strategy, including organizational restructuring, streamlined operations, clear delegation of authority, and empowering leaders at every project site and functional department.

Over the four-week learning journey, participants explored essential leadership principles, from active listening, empathy, and constructive feedback to the deeper meaning of serving others through leadership. These lessons introduced new perspectives on managing teams and cultivating high-performing organizations. The program reinforced the belief that a truly strong organization is defined not by hierarchy or job titles, but by the responsibility, integrity, and leadership demonstrated by every individual.

More than simply marking the completion of a training course, the certificate presentation ceremony celebrated the participants’ commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. CENTRAL expects the values and leadership principles cultivated through the program to continue spreading throughout its projects, departments, and teams, fostering a leadership culture built on trust, accountability, service, and people development.

At CENTRAL, creating a happy workplace-where people are respected, empowered, and given opportunities to grow-remains a long-term commitment and a fundamental pillar of the Company’s sustainable development strategy.
