On 8 July 2021, CENTRAL officially received the Letter of Acceptance of 2 new projects from Novaland and TTC Group. The figured key point is that both projects are in the luxury beach hotel segment of the leading developers in Vietnam.

CENTRAL has been the General Contractor of D&B Shophouse in Phase 1 of the project since April 2021. CENTRAL constructed on schedule and dedication throughout the project. As a result, TTC Group has entrusted CENTRAL with the completion of Phase 2 of the project. SMB is determined to make greater efforts to respond to the Investor鈥檚 trust and expectations.
